Our analysis guidelines for shareholder meetings (ALHV) support fund companies in representing the interests of fund investors in the general meetings of portfolio companies (issuers).

The ALHV are not binding, but are intended to promote dialogue between fund companies and companies in terms of good corporate governance. They are revised every year after the Annual General Meeting season.
